Q: Is the item safe?
A: Yes, they are. Guisapet Pet Beds come with ventilation holes and they were product tested in the UK.
Q: Is the item durable?
A: Yes, all Guisapet beds are made of Polyethylene. They are sturdy and strong.
Q: Is this item easy to use?
A: Yes, it arrives ready to use, no assembling is require. Please place the bed in the floor. Guisapet Pet Beds are exclusively for Pets.
Q: What type of dogs are the beds for?
A: Medium Dog Beds: medium sized dogs such as Jack Russell, French Bulldogs, Yorkie, Pugs; Small Dog Beds: very small and small sized dogs such as Chihuahuas, Mini Yorkie; Cat Caves for cats up to 8 Kilos but if you have a larger cat, you might consider the Small or Medium Dog Beds.
Q: How can I clean the Guisapet Bed and its cushion and cover?
A: Cushion and cover are machine washable, cold water. About Guisapet, we can wipe with a dam cloth with a cleaning product that is not very strong for pets. The beds are very easy to keep clean and fresh.This is one of the reasons this product is do great.
Q: My pet is not going inside the bed. What should I do?
A: First, give some time to your pet to get used to new bed; do not force into it. Take away his previous bed before introducing the new Guisapet bed. Then, you can change the cushion that comes with the bed for a old blanket and put some toys inside too or a treat. You can also add one of your old t-shirts with your smell inside the cave. Some dogs can bark at the bed initially but do not worry just give him time.

How to Buy It is extremely easy and convenient. Just click on our online shop (shop.guisapet.com/shop). It is straightforward: First you click the model you want to buy and then you will choose the colour of the cave and the colour of the cushion.
The process of payment is easy to make, fully secure and safe. We won't be sharing your information with third parties.
We will keep in touch with you throughout the entire process until you have the goods in your hands. We will keep you informed about dispatch and delivery. We can be reached by phone and email.
Delivery is free to the UK and items will be delivered by standard economy method by a courier of our choice.
Business hours are from 9am until 5pm ( Monday to Friday); our aim is to answer the emails in less than 24 hours but if it doesn't happen, we do apologise.
RETURN POLICY
Most returns can be avoided by properly ensuring that the cave chosen has the right size for your pet. Please check the dimensions of the caves and compare to the height of your pet when sitting down and the length of your pet when lying down and check if the pets likes to lie down straight or curling up.
If you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible. if you would like a refund/exchange, please contact us within 14 days after receiving your bed(this will be our initial conversation); then you will have 30 days following the date of arrival of your order to send the bed back to us. We are afraid that after 30 days following the date of arrival, no refund will be given. The beds are a kind of personal item and nobody likes to receive used items as brand new.
We will refund the payment to your original method. Please note that shipping costs(if applicable) are not refunded.
You should return your product as new, in the original packaging, and include any documentation along with the return.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs when sending the product(s) back to us.
You will be required to ship any returns on a prepaid basis - to the following address :

You are solely responsible for any items that are lost in your return shipment. Thus, we recommend that you insure your returns and obtain a tracking number for any items that you send back to us.
